Married to wife Amber and the loving Dad to two rambunctious boys, Bruce Rinehart is “The Boss” of the Rococo Restaurants empire. A professional for over 30 years, Rinehart (Chef Bruce) spent the beginning of his career learning from the best in kitchens around America. Since 1996, he has moved to the role of restaurant Director of Operations and orchestrated the opening of over 20 new restaurants for 2 top-flight restaurant groups based in Boston. Chef Bruce moved to Oklahoma in the fall of 2003, specifically with the intention of opening a great “east coast style” restaurant – Rococo. He’s directly responsible for the relaxed, fun-yet-thorough style of service you can expect at both Rococo restaurants. Rinehart is a native of New London, Connecticut. He has worked in many major markets, including San Diego. Washington, D.C., Ft. Lauderdale and Boston.
